I hope I’m not the only person who experiences this problem, but I NEVER know how to dress for fall! Half the time I just end up wearing sweats and tracksuits because that is all I can think of!
But then I read a Pinterest article with pictures of “40 Fall Outfits to Copy This Year” — and I realized I already have the essentials in my closet! Looking at their outfits helped me visualize what I could pair together from my own closet to achieve these looks.
Here’s What I Put Together:
Look #1 —
I realized I have “work shirts” that I can actually wear for cute fall outfits! I paired a white H&M blouse with a gold necklace, light jeans, and a pair of nude heels. Great outfit for going to dinner or out with friends (and not having to freeze the whole time) ♥
Look #2 —
Found a baggy cable sweater dress that I have owned for 4 years and only worn once! I paired it with a Forever 21 scarf and black boots I’ve owned forever. Will probably add black tights to this look, depending on the weather.
Look # 3 —
Any striped long sleeve shirt, black leggings, and Hunter boots if you have them!
Look #4 —
I paired a white sweater (a turtle neck would look good, too) with a thin black leather jacket on top that I left open, black leather leggings and nude heels ♥ Classy & warm!
Look #5 —
Gold H&M necklace, Forever 21 white t-shirt, normal black leggings, Forever 21 tan booties, and a flannel I got from Urban Outfitters when I was in 7th grade… lol.
Look #6 —
Paired black boots I’ve had forever with faux leather leggings (normal black leggings will look JUST as good), another button down work blouse, and a faux fur vest I got from Urban Outfitters last year. Add a gold necklace — the Forever 21 kind — with this for an extra touch!
Look #7 —
Oversized sweater, light or grey jeans, and tan booties!
Look #8 —
Another work blouse (who knew I could get so much use out of these?!), tucked partially into faux leather leggings, with a pair of nude heels or pumps! So easy.
I take pictures of exactly what the outfit contains of, so that way I can just reference to my phone when I need a cute outfit — no stress!
I hope these outfits give you inspiration to put together some great fall outfits from your closet as well — it was not as hard as I thought!
